By accessing or using Think Pixel's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable service-specific agreements.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the applicable services.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Keeping account information accurate and up to date
• Using our services lawfully and responsibly
• Protecting their account credentials
• All activities carried out through their account, where applicable

If you become aware of unauthorized access or use of your account, you should notify Think Pixel as soon as reasonably possible.

We work to maintain reliable and available services, but uninterrupted availability cannot always be guaranteed.

Think Pixel may temporarily suspend or restrict services when reasonably necessary for:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Security updates
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Emergency maintenance
• Technical issues
• Other operational requirements

Where practical, scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Any specific uptime commitments applicable to a particular service are governed by the relevant Service Level Agreement or service contract.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, content, trademarks, branding, designs, software, documentation, and other intellectual property made available through Think Pixel's platform or services belong to Think Pixel or the respective rights holder.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, republish, sell, or create derivative works from protected content without appropriate authorization.

Project-specific intellectual property ownership may be governed by the applicable client agreement or contract.

Payments are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon for the applicable service or project.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

• Payment schedules may include advance and milestone payments
• Payments are subject to the agreed project terms
• Late payments may result in additional charges
• Services may be suspended where contractual payment obligations remain overdue
• Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable refund or service agreement

Where a separate written agreement exists, its payment terms will take precedence over these general terms to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Think Pixel will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

This may include losses associated with:

• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
